Introducing TOUGH-SEAL™ ULTRA! This next generation of KEY potting compounds and sealants bred better than ever to grip and protect electronics, PCB’s and electronic assemblies, connectors, LED Lighting and more, under the most aggressive conditions.

The new extended shelf-life TOUGH-SEAL™ ULTRA is RoHS, REACH and Prop 65 Compliant. This next generation elastomeric hybrid epoxy remains flexible at sub zero temperatures, is non shrinking, and has excellent thermal cycling stability from -40 to 150C, just like the original TOUGH-SEAL™. With low to now exotherm even in larger masses, TOUGH-SEAL™ ULTRA protects sensitive components from high temp exotherms often seen with most epoxies.

With no signs of degradation or change in hardness even after over 2000 hours of rigorous reliability testing at 85C/85%, TOUGH-SEAL™ ULTRA, is an excellent choice for endless applications especially,
those where polycarbonate would normally weaken, etch, craze, or deterioration completely under these conditions.

COMING SOON IN 50 mL & 400 mL Cartridges and 15 GALLON KITS.
