Crack Filler for Trailer Flooring

Restoration of some damaged wooden trailer floors requires filling of deep gouges and cracks. Key Crack Filler is formulated to handle those tough filling applications while remaining fully compatible with Floor Restore Coatings.

Key Crack Filler is applied to trailer flooring with a putty knife. You can even over-coat with Key Floor Restore™ or Smooth Move before Key Crack Filler is fully cured.
Each carton contains three one-quart Crack Filler KEY FP100AB kits.

Stops Cargo Damage from Water Splash-Up

Crack Filler is the ideal repair for delaminations that “show daylight” and draw in water from wet roadways. Crack Filler repairs stop further damage and deterioration in these spots. Water can no longer splash up into the moving trailer. Wash out water residue won’t collect and cause rot. Crack Filler can be used alone, but better yet, coat and seal the entire trailer floor with Key Floor Restore™ for  a complete restoration and protection. (When a floor with good “slip” is desired use Smooth Move, the special version of Key Floor Restore™ for furniture vans and trailers.)

When Not to Use Crack Filler

Crack Filler is not recommended for floors that are structurally weak. In that case sectioning in new wood flooring is required. Sealing the section perimeter with tough Kevlar reinforced Crack Filler prevents new water damage from clean outs or from the road splash. Crack Filler is  also not recommended for flat beds.
