High Viscosity Materials Manufacturing Capabilities
- This equipment is installed in an explosion-proof environment. It has been used to make high viscosity materials with finished viscosity of over 100,000 CPS in a Class I Div 1 environment.
- Flammable raw materials can be received from drums, or totes.
- Other materials can be received in bulk bags, by tank trucks and jumbo rail tank car.
- We are willing to make alterations to the mixer or tanks.
