Lighting Applications (typical products)

• Lamp Basing Cements - Key Polymer lamp basing
   cements provide high temperature performance
   under tough conditions.

• Automotive Connector Potting - Key Polymer offers
   a room temperature cure, two part epoxy that
   effectively seals the pot while maintaining the line
   speed critical to the customers competitiveness.

• Neon Light Transformers - Solid electrical insulating    performance, fast room temperature gel time and
   low viscosity for easy pouring combine to meet these
   potting requirements.

• Glass Headlamp Bonding - Key Polymer's one part
   epoxy provides a durable seal for long life.

Panel Lamination (typical products)

• Vinyl to Board Adhesives - Our 100% epoxy solution "welds" vinyl and wood together
   resulting in a long work life, 180°F temperature resistant bond.

• Aluminum to Polystyrene Adhesives - Create panels for environmental enclosures
   with Key Polymer's easy to apply two part epoxy. It offers excellent working life with over-
   night cure.

• Stainless Steel to Plywood Adhesives - This product is used in the custom production
   of commercial door units, with a two part, hand troweled, room temperature cure system.

• Aluminum Panels to Honeycomb Cores - This two part, room temperature cure epoxy
   has demonstrated years of environmental durability in demanding applications.

Transportation Adhesives for Repair and Field Modifications (typical products)

Available nationwide through authorized sales and distribution points, Key Polymer's specialized products provide solutions for difficult bonding and sealing applications such as scuff sheet installation, reefer panel repair, or any application involving metals, woods, plastics, insulating foams and other synthetic materials used in the construction of truck bodies, trailers, school buses and other transportation vehicles.
